ROLE WITH CHOCOLATE AND RED FRUITS

A sinful treat for the holidays to Christmas or New Year's Day is a chocolate role. You can prepare this cake with vanilla flavor. You can change the fruits, it is up to you. I used a white cream for my role and red fruits with the chocolate dough to fit colorful with Christmas.


 Recipe for the dough

- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 cup cocoa

 
White Cream(Chantilly)

- 200 ml cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar


Chocolate coating

- 250 gr. chocolate couverture
- 250 ml cream



Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Beat the eggs in mixer until they rise, 2-3 minutes. Then put the sugar and vanilla and continue beating for another 3-4 minutes or until the mixture whitens.At this stage add the sifted flour and cocoa very slowly and beat on low speed until a homogeneous mixture. Put the mixture in a baking parchment paper , bake for 10-12 minutes .Just get it out of the oven, roll over in a towel , unsolder the parchment paper from the top, to replace with new wrap and roll .Once cool, open it and put the Chantilly cream and top with the fruits, which you have mixed to a sauce and pour lukewarm to cold chocolate cream .For decoration will add the blueberries and sprinkle with icing sugar if you want.



 And ready is a delicious chocolaty and fruity roll around your guests to sweeten! ;)

Greek Kourabiedes

Tasty soft Kourabiedes. A kind of cookies, which are typically baked in Greece every year at Christmas. They are made of almonds and a lot of icing sugar.



Recipe for the dough
 
100 gr icing sugar
400 gr butter milk
100 gr vegetable butter
2 egg
1 egg
2 vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup. tea brandy
1 teaspoon baking soda
250 gr toasted and coarsely chopped almonds
850 gr soft flour, sifted





Spread the almonds on sheet and bake 10 to 200oC , browned . The chontrokovoume . Put the mixer the butter, caster and margarine and beat for 10 until they turn white and become like fluffy cream . Add the egg yolks one by one , to drink the mixture and the egg. Add the nutmeg , vanilla and 2 tablespoons the flour not to cut the mixture by the addition of brandy . Dissolve soda in brandy and pour it into the mixer .Alternately add the almonds and flour . Flour will do as much lift . You may not get the whole mixture . Good to finish kneading by hand , gently kneading and sieving the flour last . The dough should be soft and buttery .Shape the buns in whatever shape we want and array sheet metal . They bake at 170oC in air for about 35 to burst over and browned . Allow to cool 5 .Sieve a little bit of icing with the vanilla in a pan ( do layer ) . We touch up the buns and sprinkle again with icing . Let them cool thoroughly , otherwise dissolved . Put them on a platter and sprinkle again with sugar .

Christmas cookies

We have Christmas my Friends and we have to hurry up with our Christmas baking. Something traditional are Christmas cookies. Cookies come in all variations.Whether they are in form of Christmas trees, stars, or something similiar, they are simply delicious. Chocolate cookies, butter cookies with many nuts or cinnamon.
Absolutely delicious!



One of my favorite recipes for cookies are Almond cookies. Theay are very simple and perfect for christmas with icing sugar.





Recipe for the dough

- 1 vanilla pod
- 260 gr flour
- 100 gr ground almonds
- 80 gr icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 gr cold butter
- 2 pieces vanilla











You have to mix  the flour, vanilla and some Baking Powder and then you give the ground almonds. These fixed utensils which you are mixing before you tilt on your work surface and push a trough purely. The form can be like a half moon. When you're done with the form, bake it on a pre-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes, so that they become golden brown. There are about 50 pieces.





Scattering powdered sugar over it with a sieve and finished the sweet vanilla almond cookies.

Oven Cheese cake

A cheese cake has several forms: small, large, round, cold, warm .... For the winter, i have a great cheesecake from the oven. It can be eaten either hot or cold. It is easy to make and manage secure.

Recipe

 For the base:

- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 75 g butter or margarine


Mix all ingredients to form a solid dough. Line the springform pan edge with 3/4 of the dough and line the edge of 2 cm with the left-over dough. Work with your handy to put the dough into the springform pan.


 For the filling:
 

- 750 g cottage cheese (low fat)
- 150 g of sugar 

- 2 pck Dr. Oetker Original Pudding powder cream flavor 
- 3 egg yolks (size M) 
- Juice of 1 lemon 
- 500 ml milk 
- 250 ml cooking oil, such as sunflower oil

Cottage cheese with sugar and custard powder in a blender (stir bars) Stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix on the lowest level.  
Note: The ground is very fluid and squirts!

Baking at about 200 ° C for 40 minutes.

Chocolate Pralines

Chocolate is the most beautiful sin. A small dose of chocolate is enough to sweeten the day. That's why I made ​​for you small chocolates. Check them out for. - 50 g ladyfingers
- 1 tablespoon rum 

- 150 g dark chocolate
- 50 g of cream
- 30 g grated coconut


Chop the chocolate finely and add along with the cream in a small metal bowl. The bowl over a hot water bath hanging and slowly melt the chocolate stirring in the cream. Once chocolate and cream have connected to a velvety cream (ganache), handed over the biscuits and mix everything into a homogeneous mass. Covered in refrigerator at least 2 hours cool until the mixture is firm and easy to work with. Marzipan

What you can do with almonds? A lot
Here I give you a simple recipe to make your own marzipan. Main substance are the almonds. 

Recipe for a housmake marzipan

 - 250g almonds
 - 250g icing sugar
 - 30ml rose water from the pharmacy (or amaretto, dark rum, cognac)
 - 1/2 bottle of almond extract



Pour over the almonds with boiling water and let soak for at least 5 minutes. Remove the skin from the almonds. The almonds pat dry. As long grind up the almonds are finely as possible and hold together during kneading. (The mass should be a little greasy, because the oil leaks).




Add the powdered sugar, rose water and almond extract and grind again or knead quickly. From these ingredients results in approximately 540g marzipan. The marzipan should be airtight in refrigerator.

And you have a original marzipan. You can put the marzipan on cakes. You can make small chocolates or create small figures. Do not be afraid you can also put color on the marzipan.

Mizithra cream cheese in puff

There are small Greek delicacies and who like the taste of cheese and yogurt will love them. In Greece they are calling them "Klatsounia". Most delicious tasting of them is when they are fresh from the oven. With a little icing sugar and specially cinnamon, they are suitable for the coming Christmas holidays.


Recipe for the dough 

- 1 cup butter  

- 1 cup sugar 
- 1 cup evaporated milk 
- 2 eggs  
- 2 baking powder  
- 1 kilo flour hard  

Prepare the dough: Mix the butter, sugar, milk and eggs well, until they become a uniform mixture. Sieve the flour with the baking powder and add to mixture. The dough should be soft. 





Prepare filling: Pass the cheese from the machine mashed, add the eggs, honey, vanilla, sugar, butter, cinnamon and cornflower and mix all together very well. 

Brush with oil pockets tart. Take a little dough, as a small nut, put it in the center of the tray and spread it with your fingers until we cover the entire surface of the tray. Put a spoonful of filling in and after the stretch evenly across the tray brush with a little of the beaten eggs with water (for color) and add a bit of cinnamon. Repeat the same procedure in all cases. When finished, put the containers in a pan. Bake in preheated oven at 170oC for 20-30, until browned.

Birthday Cakes

In the whole year waiting for one day: Your Birthday!
I had the pleasure to make two cakes for two direct me loving people. The great thing about birthday cakes you can make your ideas run free. Therefore, I have made a slightly smaller round cake with a chocolate cake bottom and a vanilla cream filling covered ​​with cream and sprinkles.





The other cake was a little more complicated. Was decorated in a rectangular shape and with lots of sweets and the cake was  still easy on the stomach. The cake interior consisted of a light cake bottom down on a strawberry cream and a white chocolate mousse and whipped cream and finally a dyed in pink cake floor. Outside the cake was covered with a chocolate cream. Like a fence were attached Caprice rods on the cream. Before the cake is decorated to an end, they must be placed only in the refrigerator so that the cream is set. Once the cream is set, anyone can put on the cake candies. It is possible to decorate the cake with everything.

Oreo cookie cake

Chocolaty and delicious. The small Oreo cookies are delicious no matter how you eat. The greatest pleasure is an Oreo cake. This means that on your next shopping you bring two packs of the delicious Oreos.

Recipe for the chocolate dough


- 220 gr. chopped dark chocolate
- 250 gr. butter
- 1 cup. brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups. flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 cup. cocoa 

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 large eggs at room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla (wet)
- 1/4 tsp salt








Melt the chocolate, butter, sugar and honey together. Put the vanilla into the chocolate to get more vanilly. Beat the eggs and mixed them with the already sifted flour and mix, soda, salt and cocoa. Stir in the melted chocolate mass slowly. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Then let cool and divide into two halves.


Recipe for the creme patisserie

- 250 ml milk 
- 250 ml cream 
- 80 grams. sugar
- 1 vanilla stick 
- 1 egg 
- 3 egg yolks 
- 20g. cornflour 
- 20g. flour
- 1 pinch salt




Heat the milk with the cream and put the vanilla stick in it. In the meantime, beat the egg yolks and the sugar. The flour and cornstarch are screened and hinugefügt to egg mixture. Just before the milk and the cream boil, we add the rest added, stir and let the cream binding. The creme patisserie we can now cool. Since it is an Oreo cake we crumble a package with the cookies and add them to the cream. After we shared the flan we emphasize the cream alternately to the cake floors.

Today I'll show you to use a simple variant of Nutella. If mother, grandmother or even yourself prepared something salty like feta cheese in puff pastry or something else sweet what a hard dough requires and makes the dough for yourself ... Yes then puts a piece of the dough to side.

Mini Apple Pie



The apple is one of the fruits with which you can do much. I'll give you a very simple recipe and the classic version of mini apple cakes and cupcakes. With this dough can also make a normal big apple pie.



 Recipe for the dough

- 125 g soft margarine or butter
- 125 g of sugar
-1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt

- a bit of lemon flavor
- 3 eggs (size M)
- 200 g of wheat flour
- 2 level tsp baking powder
- about 2 tablespoons milk








Once the dough is ready mixed their peels the apples, because we want to have the inside of the apple without seeds. Cut the apples into 1/5 pieces. Of course you can decide for yourself about the size of the sliced ​​apples.
