The apple is one of the fruits with which you can do much. I'll give you a very simple recipe and the classic version of mini apple cakes and cupcakes. With this dough can also make a normal big apple pie.
Recipe for the dough
- 125 g soft margarine or butter
- 125 g of sugar
-1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- a bit of lemon flavor
- 3 eggs (size M)
- 200 g of wheat flour
- 2 level tsp baking powder
- about 2 tablespoons milk
Once the dough is ready mixed their peels the apples, because we want to have the inside of the apple without seeds. Cut the apples into 1/5 pieces. Of course you can decide for yourself about the size of the sliced apples.
