Nutella in puff pastry

With Nutella one can make a lot. The easiest way is to take a spoon, dip into the Nutella and sweeten the day. I show you how you can easily and quickly conjure small sweet delights ... With Nutella!

Today I'll show you to use a simple variant of Nutella. If mother, grandmother or even yourself prepared something salty like feta cheese in puff pastry or something else sweet what a hard dough requires and makes the dough for yourself ... Yes then puts a piece of the dough to side.
Takes the Nutella out of the closet and a knife. I have also used some butter, but that's your choice. Takes two parts of the dough and roll it from. Power if it works out two large rolls of dough. If you've rolled out the dough then you take some butter and smeared it on both sheets of dough. Then comes the Nutella on it as much as you want, depending as desired. Mini Apple Pie



The apple is one of the fruits with which you can do much. I'll give you a very simple recipe and the classic version of mini apple cakes and cupcakes. With this dough can also make a normal big apple pie.



 Recipe for the dough

- 125 g soft margarine or butter
- 125 g of sugar
-1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt

- a bit of lemon flavor
- 3 eggs (size M)
- 200 g of wheat flour
- 2 level tsp baking powder
- about 2 tablespoons milk








Once the dough is ready mixed their peels the apples, because we want to have the inside of the apple without seeds. Cut the apples into 1/5 pieces. Of course you can decide for yourself about the size of the sliced ​​apples.






  

Now it fills the mixed dough into the mold. Here I've done both cupcakes and small elongated apple pie. In the cupcakes I've placed in the center of each a small piece of apple. In the small oblong shape as many as have fit well.



Both are golden brown baked at 180 ° C. If you're not sure whether the cake is ready stands with a small knife in the cake. If no dough stucks on the knife the cake is ready.

Fruit Tartar

All love this cake, especially if it is made from Grandma: The fruit cake!
It is easy to make, quickly finished and incredibly varied. The nice thing about this cake is that you yourself choose the fruits that make your delicious fruit cake. Fruit tartare is the actual expression. You can buy the tartar or make it on yourself. It is incredibly easy to customize and ready in half an hour including baking time.




To bake a sweet tartar you need: 
 
Recipe 
 
-125 g soft margarine or butter
-100 g of sugar
-1 pack of Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar
-1 pinch salt
-2 eggs (size M)
-175 g of wheat flour
-1 level tsp Baking powder
-1 tablespoon milk
 
 
First beat up the butter and slowly stir with the sugar. Then add the eggs one by one. Separately flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder are mixed and added slowly. Then pass the milk and put it into the oven for 20 minutes.  
 
 
 
 
 
Before you put the fruit on the finished tartar it has to be cool first.
You can now just sit the fruits on the tartar and consolidate with a gelatin glaze. Or make a slight custard cream and paint them on the tartare.
 
Recipe for custard cream Vanilla

-1 pack of custard 
-125 ml milk
-125 ml of apple juice
 
 
Recipe for the glaze
 
 -1 pack of clear glaze
 -2 level tbsp sugar
 -250 ml water
 
 
 
If your fruit cake is done then just put it in the fridge fore a while before you serve. And it's ready... Vuala!
As a side dish you can hit some firmly cream.

Lemon Pie

Make a refreshing Lemon pie and get a taste of sweet and sour. The Lemon pie is easy to make and quickly finished. The best is to use fresh lemons and squeezed them then. These one give an great extra flavor.



 Recipe

- 350 g butter or margarine
- 350 g of sugar
- 350 g flour
- 6 egg (s)
- 1 lemon (s) juice of it
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of baking soda
- 1 pack of flavor (lemon peel)










You can sprinkle your lemon cake either with powdered sugar or conjure up a cast. For a lemon cast you need about 250g of icing sugar and 50ml freshly squeezed lemon juice. Warm the icing sugar with the lemon juice and stir it thoroughly to until it becomes a thick mass. Then you can give the lemon filling over the cooled lemon pie.

Themed cake

Themed cakes are beautiful and exactly. It was ordered a Pizza cake. The inside of the cake is made with chocolate. Both the pie crust and the cream pie are provided with chocolate and cocoa. The recipe for both can be found at http://sacredcandies.blogspot.gr/2013_08_01_archive.html. The only difference is that it adds about another 70g cocoa in the dough.




On a pizza can be placed much thereon. I opted for the standard stuff: salami, peppers, olives and a few mushrooms. In addition, of course, the grated cheese. If you have not bought fondant and make it yourself, then it tells you a good. Used for each part of the appropriate color: green for pepper, brown-red for salami etc. You have to be careful and only use a bit at first with the food coloring. Because good food coloring has greatly colors. If you have this then you begin to shape the individual parts.
The experiment is on!
Do not forget that most of the fondant is used for the "Pizza-dough" , which you have to likewise colored.



So starting with the inner of the cake. Layers the cake alternating with the cream cake, and let it be for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before you lay the fondant over it.

Sacred Candies for Freddo Coffee-Bar

I made here some Cupcakes and greek style cookies for a coffee shop in a small town coallde Sidirokastro in Greece. With a fruity flavor of lemon and decorated with small flowers and ribbons of fondant, guests have a little candy for their coffee.
