Cherry Pie

June is the month where the weather becomes more hot and we want something fruity. It is the month of cherries and because of some rainy days in June I prepared for you a Cherry Pie.

What you need is:

- 4 eggs separated
- 1 cup. tea sugar

- 6 tbsp Farina Red pudding
- 2 vanilla
- 1 cup. tea cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 grams. fresh cherries without pits
- 1 lemon (zest)
- some butter for the ovenproof dish

Put the mixer yolks with half the sugar and beat for 6-7 until it turns white and inflate the mixture well. Add the vanilla, lower the mixer speed and alternately add the sifted flour and cream and continue beating on low speed until the mixture is homogenous. Beat the egg whites with the salt in light meringue and add to the mixture. Continue beating for 1 until combine.

Heat an ovenproof dish in the oven for 5 after the buttering. We wash and pull the stones from cherries. Sprinkle with sugar and zest and mix with spoon. Pour in hot ovenproof candied cherries and pour the beaten egg mixture. Bake a cherry pie in oven at 180o prothermameno Cse air on the middle shelf for 30-35 until risen and stabilized. Sprinkle with icing.
You can make this cake in any form.
