I made a simple cake. A pie crust with the taste of vanilla and the filling with a cream patissiere. For half with vanilla flavor and the other half with chocolate.
I covered the cake with cream and decorated with strawberries. However, I wanted to incorporate here an additional flavor and thought about the most delicious variant: cookies. The small cookies can be found in many flavors. I've used the classic version of chocolate. And quite simply the cookies in the blender made to stick. You can, if you want the cookies crumble with the Hnad, so that small pieces in the cream are for a crispy bite.
