Chocolate Chip Cookies

What is more delicious than cookies. You can get them in many variation: with vanilla, nuts, dark chocolate or white chocolate and many more. But what is more tastefull than Chocolate and Cookies in one. Crunchy and with one bite you taste something like Nutella in it... Yummi...




What you need:

- 200 g of wheat flour
- 3 level tsp baking powder
- 150 grams of brown sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 150 g soft butter or margarine
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 50 g ground hazelnuts
- 75 g chocolate droplets
- Nutella heap







Mix flour with baking powder in a mixing bowl. Other ingredients - except for the hazelnuts, chocolate droplets and Nutella - Add. Anything with a blender (stir bars) short process at the lowest, then at the highest level for 2 minutes to form a smooth dough. Last briefly the hazelnuts and chocolate droplets under stirring. With the help of 2 teaspoons walnut-sized heap with enough clearance (about 4 cm) on the baking sheet set (the cookies melt during baking). Place on each pile some Nutella on it and covered it with some dough. Bake the Cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes accoding to your oven. And ready are the crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Panacotta Gateau with chocolate mosaic base and strawberry jelly

Summer is here and something sweet refreshing should not be missed. A light and refreshing cake for the warm days is a cool Panacotta gateau with a chocolate mosaic base and strawberry Jelly. Although this cake takes time but it is worth it.







You need for the chocolate mosaic base:

- 250 gr. butter or margarine
- 8 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 1 ½ package of biscuits, wholemeal
- 1/4 cup. brandy











In a wide pot over low heat and add the butter to melt. Add the cocoa and stir with a spoon to unite.Add the condensed milk. Mix very well. Caution , do not boil the mixture, just heat to dissolve the material. Remove from heat. Add the brandy. Spam by hand biscuits into small pieces (not powder), add them to the mixture. Stir to cover the cookies from the chocolate mixture and let it lay to cool. To fit ring pressing to eliminate any gaps. The chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.


Ingredients for the strawberry Jelly

- 500 g. Fresh strawberries pureed
- 50 g. sugar
- 3 sheets gelatin (15 g.)



Soften the gelatin sheets in cold water. Boil 1/3 of the mashed strawberries with sugar and withdraw. Drain the gelatine and add the strawberries boil to dissolve. We add the remaining mashed strawberries . Pour in a low pan diameter 20 cm. Place it in the freezer for 1 night. We can still make and 1-2 days earlier.




Ingredients for the Panacotta

- 600 g. cream 35%
- 100. G. fresh milk
- 1 vanilla
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 6 sheets (2 g. Each) gelatin



In a bowl with cold water immerse half of gelatin to soften for 5 minutes. In a saucepan with thick base pour cream, milk, the sugar and vanilla and let it come to a boil. Once you start to inflate cream, withdraw the pan from the heat. Remove fruit with vanilla knife and add to the panna cotta.Squeeze the soaked gelatin and pour in the cream, stirring with wire with quick moves to dissolve. 
Pour the cream into the hoop with the frozen base. We take the frozen jelly from the pan, put it over the panacotta cream. Peacocks in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until stabilized.




At least you can garnish with strawberries dipped in chocolate or whatever you want. Also you can make a second panacotta cream and put some chocolate in it, so that you have a panacotta chocolate cream. This is up to you.

Strawberry Cupcakes




In the time of spring and summer we love the colour red and the strawberries. This is the time where you can make so many sweet things with strawberries. From a simple garnish to a strawberry torte and much more. I show you first simple Strawberry Cupcakes or Cake.




You need:

- 250 g. butter
- 200 g. sugar
- 4 eggs 
- 250 g. flour
- 200 g. strawberry pulp / 200 g. mashed strawberries
- 230 g. almond powder
- 1 teaspoon of cornflour



Ingrediants for the icing

- 100 g. caster sugar
- 30 g. mashed strawberries
- 40 g. mashed strawberries



Beat the eggs with the sugar in a mixer until quite swell . Melt the butter in a bain marie . Pour the butter into the egg mixture and stir. Add half the flour and pureed strawberries . Mix the remaining flour with the cornflour and put it in the mix . Finally add the powder and almond . Grease and flour a form of cake and pour the mixture . Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.




Then you can make a glaze. for the Cupcakes i made a royal icing in different colors. But because of the strawberry cake I made, I prepare alos a strawberry glaze. So prepare the glaze . Mix the icing with strawberry polp and glaze the cake warm.




Except of the glaze you can decorate the Cupcakes or the Cake. You can use sprinkles or chocolate eggs. You can stab the strawberries on a toothpick and decorate the cake so that the strawberries are upstanding.
In the same time you can prepare small roses,  flowers or strawberries with fondant.

Sweet Pastry



With a pastry you can create many cakes. This time I made small bites with green apples and sugar and Nutella in different flavors. Apples purified from the peel and cut into narrow rings. Stretches on the cut the pastry and sprinkle with sugar. 






 










The same is done with the rest. In some people put chopped dark chocolate and biscuit. The other pastry sprinkled with nutella and almonds if you want. 






You recap with pastry. Do with the small knife small strokes to passes the air. Underline an egg over it. Put them in the oven at 180 °C until they get golden brown. 
You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar if you want. And they are ready!

Themed cake: Cars

An other themed cake is done. The topic of this cake was Cars. For a little boys birthday, who loves the movie Cars... especially Queen McLightning. So I worked on it and made this car with Fondant.




The filling of the cake is up to you. I made it with a chocolate doug and two creme patissier. The one with the taste of vanilla and the other with chocolate.
In addition i put on the xake three other small cars for the children to play.




I decorated the cake with colourfull stripes. So it looks more for a kids birthday cake. Because of the sweet fondant, I made the filling not too sweet. You have to care of it!

Tip: Cake with cookies

I made a simple cake. A pie crust with the taste of vanilla and the filling with a cream patissiere. For half with vanilla flavor and the other half with chocolate.





I covered the cake with cream and decorated with strawberries. However, I wanted to incorporate here an additional flavor and thought about the most delicious variant: cookies. The small cookies can be found in many flavors. I've used the classic version of chocolate. And quite simply the cookies in the blender made ​​to stick. You can, if you want the cookies crumble with the Hnad, so that small pieces in the cream are for a crispy bite.

Tiramisu

One of the most delicious italian sweets, the Tiramisu. Especially for Lovers of coffee this cake is perfect and combines sweet cream and hot espresso.



Recipe for the cake:

- 1 packet ready savagiar 
- 500 gr. mascarpone  
- 150g. sugar
- 50g. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 500 gr. milk 
- 1 cup of strong coffee or espresso
- 60g. brandy 
- cocoa




In a bowl mix the egg yolks, caster and mascarpone. Beat the egg whites with the sugar in meringue tight and join with the cream. In a pot, boil the milk with coffee. Remove from the heat and change dish. Pour wine or brandy and dip the savagiar one to one for a few seconds. Place them in a flat pan or Pyrex next to one another up to fill the surface. Pour the cream all over them and cover the cream with the remaining savagiar the same way. Leave in the fridge for two hours. Serve in squares and sprinkle with cocoa. The sweet it is preferable to be eaten in two days.

Themed Cake

A great cake for mothers or lovers of sewing. A pie with all the things that you need to sew. In a cake with a theme, you can always run the imagination. So I made a cake with needles, thread, wool or buttons.






  
The inside of the cake is up to you. I have the pie crust colorful designed. Divide the dough into three. Get the one in the normal color. The one her colors then pink and the other blue. In an already greased mold pour your first the normal colored dough. Then the blue and the red. When the pie crust is baked you see that the dough mixes.
The recipe of the cake base can be found in other posts with pies. The filling of the cake is up to you. I have used a cream patissieri with the taste of vanilla and whipped cream. The cover is made ​​of homemade fondant. The recipe of fondant you can also find in one of the previous posts.
 



And now you can color in any color the fondant. The buttons you can express with real buttons. The rags can you oppress a pattern. The needles you can do from toothpicks. The course will not eat afterwards. In addition, you can also make a pair of scissors or a zipper. Try just from what you riff.
To fix the figures of fondant mixed some water with powdered sugar.
