Girls Baptism

.... And after the wedding came the baptism of our little niece. I had the task of preparing 300 cupcakes.
This is now the idea for a girls christening. However, for boys, it is also very easy to implement. It is primarily the color changed to blue, green or something neutral beige-yellow. This is up to you. Also, the pattern may vary, instead of flowers, you can also restore classic cars or bears from fondant. The loop is neutral and can be applied to both sexes.
The preparation for the cupcakes is first to multiply the recipe. I used a basic recipe (which can be found in previous posts or in the bar under "Recipes"). tI vary his recipe and I got my own taste and color. Both the color pink was mixed as designed and the cupcakes taste different. I choose lemon, vanilla and orange.

With a bit of color the cupcakes are appealing. These are set into the cupcake tin and bake about 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
Caution: do not place too much dough in a cupcake tin, otherwise it overflows.

When the cupcakes are baked, first they are cooled before you start decorating.
The topping is then up to you: syrup, icing, frosting or fondant. Here this will be mainly based on a cream cheese frosting with fondant. But the chocolate glaze has also been not missing

The decoration is made with colored fondant. Flowers, bows and hearts are highly regarded for a girls christening.

At the wedding and baptism outside the Church has all been beautifully decorated. I've printed small flags fpr the cupcakes with the imprint "Princess". Cut it out, glued firmly to a toothpick and the cupcakes adorned with it.
