Almond Cookies

Good morning my reader friends!!

For personal reasons I could not posting you new ideas for a while and I have neglected you. I would like to apologize!

That's why I've come up with a sweet little thing for you.

Small almond cookies will sweeten your day. In the morning with your coffee or for the kids with their milk and suitable for the afternoon with tea.

You have to mix  the flour, vanilla and some Baking Powder and then you give the ground almonds. These fixed utensils which you are mixing before you tilt on your work surface and push a trough purely.

Then you put the butter piece by piece to the trough around and put the yolk in the center.
Afterwards, all will be well kneaded together with your hands.
If you have a mass put it in some little aluminum foil for 3 hours in the refrigerator cold.

The dough may be slightly sticky later on the hands when shaping the cookies. Don't think that is something wrong with the dough, it should be so. So please do not add additional flour.

When you're done with the form bake it on a pre-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes, so that they become golden brown. There are about 30 pieces.

Finally, you can coat them with melted chocolate and decorate the cookies with chopped almonds.

The chocolate bit dry and the cookies are ready to serve. If there is no chocolate do not panicthe
   cookies also taste so outstanding!

Have fun!!

Recipe for the dough
