Relax and sunbathe on the balcony!
On such a
sunny day, it cries out for refreshment. Ice, a cool lemonade and a crunchy delight with fruit nectar!

In a short time is all homemade and served on the table to eat. To make a simple and fast solution ice itself is a help to buy from, for example "Diamant", "Garni" or similar.
You can also serve the ice in an orange cup or if you want small portions in a lime or lemon peel. So it looks fruity.
A similar sweet yogurt refreshing is to crumble biscuits in a glass. Into the bargain make a cream of nectarine cut in small cubes, mixed with some icing sugar, orange juice, cream cheese and cream. Shall alternately a layer of biscuits and fruit cream in the glass and put it for a few minutes in the fridge.
And Voila, it's ready!

What could be nicer than to lie in the sun on the beach.......
Summer is here and the sea refreshes us anew! If I'm honest I'm such a sweet tooth that I like to eat sweets also in summer.
Inspired by the beach life I have prepared you a little something: a small party on the beach needs also his sweet side. Whether cupcakes, small cakes, cake pops or homemade chocolates ... everything refreshes at sunset with beautiful music. So I decided you to show an example of what you can do to allow your friends a little sweet sin.

Today we have in Greece a beautiful sunny day with 35 degrees. On this occasion I took the time and baked for my friends little ladybugs. Molded from chocolate cake and decorated with Fondant. Have fun and enjoy your day to give a little something to your friends!

Little sweets ladybugs

The small ladybugs are quick to make and extremely practical. Don't worry! You can buy a chocolate cake. If you want to make one yourself you can take the recipe of a normal sponge cake with chocolate. The chocolate cake is crumbled in a blender and mixed with couverture 100 g and cream 50 g. The couverture and the cream are melted before. Mix everything together and make small balls. Coloring the fondant and then rolling it out. Prick with a cookie cutter circles and place the circles on the molded cake balls. With a colored Royal Icing you coloured the Fondant so that you have ladybugs.

This little cake I made for my cousin to the birth of their first daughter! It's with sponge cake, filled with Butter cream, wrapped in a Fondant. The flower decorations are also modeled from Fondant. The colours of the flowers are mixed with food coloring.
